1.1. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered products or services, including beat licenses and custom projects.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Non-Delivered Products or Services:

  • If a product or service has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund.

2.2. Technical Issues:

  • Refunds may be issued if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased product, and the issue cannot be resolved by our team.

2.3. Custom Projects:

  • Refunds for custom beats or services are not available once work has commenced.

3.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Beats, services, and licenses delivered in full are non-refundable.
4.2. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with creative direction after product delivery.

5. Chargebacks

5.1. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us to resolve the issue, you will be in breach of our terms, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action or terminate your license.
